Working with Komal has been one of the most valuable experiences of my career, and I learned so many things from her along the way.
What I admire most is that she never gives up. Whenever we hit a complex problem, the kind that makes most people look for a workaround, she faced it head-on. She would brainstorm through every angle, question her own assumptions, and keep at it until she found a solution that actually worked. Watching her do this again and again changed how I approach difficult problems myself.
She is also someone who genuinely listens. She always made space for the team's ideas, acknowledged them, and took them seriously, which made it easy to speak up and share my own thinking and ideas with her.
She also cared deeply about the people we were building for. She always kept the client's needs at the center, understanding what they actually wanted rather than just what was written in the requirements, and pushing for quality they would notice. What impressed me was that she never did this at the team's expense. She knew how to balance client expectations with what was realistic for us, so we delivered work clients were happy with while still feeling supported ourselves.
On top of that, she combines hard work with real sharpness. She can see the big picture and still get into the details, and she brings the same energy to every challenge.
I'm grateful for everything I learned working with Komal!
